Secure pets or remove obstacles before installation or maintenance.

5. Our Responsibilities
We will:
Provide the Services in a professional, workmanlike manner.
Use reasonable care in selecting materials, components, and equipment.
Comply with applicable laws, building codes, and safety standards.
Clean up after the work (removing debris, packaging) unless otherwise agreed.
6. Changes & Cancellation
If you request any change to the scope of work (e.g., additional sprinklers, change in layout), we will provide a revised quote.
Cancellation by you: define policy (for example, cancellation before work begins may incur a fee; cancellation during work may require paying for work done).
Cancellation by us: we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply issues), but we will inform you reasonably in advance.
7. Warranty / Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by: improper client maintenance, misuse, external interference, acts of God (flood, storm), or failure of client to disclose hidden utilities.
